The negotiation agent is available on SupplierX. It takes an approved requisition or RFQ, works the quotes with suppliers at the Trust Dial level you set, and hands the result to your buyer. It never awards on its own.
How it works
- A buyer launches the agent from an approved requisition or RFQ.
- The agent invites the shortlisted suppliers and works the quotes with them.
- Every round is recorded for the buyer to review.
- The buyer awards. The agent never awards on its own.
The Trust Dial applies here too.
Every agent has a Trust Dial level. At the lowest level it only suggests. Your team raises the level one step at a time as trust builds. An agent never raises its own level.

Does the agent award business?
No. The negotiation agent never awards on its own. Your buyer decides.
Can we try it without suppliers seeing it?
Yes. In shadow mode the agent records what it would do, for review, and sends nothing.
Does this work with SAP and other ERPs?
Yes. SupplierX is an independent source-to-pay platform. Its deepest native connectivity is with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, and it connects to any other ERP through open REST APIs and AeonX Data Setu.
